Lebensfreude bewahren
QiGong-Trainingsraum Lebensfreude Bewahren

The “Qi” – “Ch’i” is the life energy – Relaxed, easygoing and wide awake.

Bring mind and body in harmony with QiGong.

The relaxing and vitalizing exercises of the QiGong, proven thousandfold, will be easy for you. Relaxing the body with gentle movements, calming the mind, being relaxed and yet full of energy – these are the goals of these exercises. QiGong has always been part of the Chinese Health System as part of Traditional Chinese Medicine. The attention of the exercises goes inwards. QiGong can be practiced sitting, lying and standing.
